Founded in 2010 by the antiques dealer Pairoj Roikaew and still the most serious collectors' market in the country. Bakelite radios, 1960s television sets, vinyl, vintage cameras, tin toys, cassette tapes, salvaged auto parts and film memorabilia, spread across a former railway warehouse site.
The rear factory building houses Rod's Antiques — classic cars, American motorcycles, internationally sourced antique furniture, all considerably more expensive and reportedly guaranteed genuine. There are rotating Vespa and VW Beetle displays, tattoo parlours, barbers and a coffee bar.
It does not open until five in the afternoon and it is at its best around nine. Buses 133, 145 and 207 run here; the Yellow Line made it dramatically easier to reach.
