If you want to understand how Thai secondhand actually works, start here rather than at Chatuchak. Shinjuku Outlet buys Japanese and Korean stock by the container, sorts it lightly, and sells it by weight. You take a basket, you dig, and you pay ฿39 per hundred grams.

The stock skews toward cold-weather pieces, suits, jackets and womenswear — the natural consequence of buying Japanese bales for a tropical market, and the reason experienced resellers come here for outerwear specifically. There are five or more branches around Bangkok including Ram Inthra, Bang Kapi, Town In Town and Soi Somdet Phra Pinklao.

Wholesale is handled through their Facebook page rather than in store. If you want kilo pricing rather than per-100g pricing, ask before you start filling the basket.
